Orders are shipped within one to two business days from the time we receive your order. Please note during the holiday season in November and December it may take up to three days.
Ground orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (Thursday if in the one day zone). Express (air) orders are shipped Monday through Thursday (Thursday if being sent via overnight service). Our products need to be delivered before the weekend to ensure that they are not being stored in a warehouse where temperature is unregulated.
We ship orders in the one or two day zone via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Monday through Thursday (on Thursday if in the one day zone). UPS one/two day zone (NY, CT, MA, NH, RI, ME, VT, PA, NJ, DE, MD, OH, MI, IN, WV, VA, NC, SC). Fed Ex one or two day zone (NY, CT, MA, NH, RI, ME, VT, PA, NJ, DE, MD, OH, MI, WV).
For all other areas, cheese must be shipped via 2 Day Service. Overnight options are available if cheese is needed sooner.
All of our cheeses are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs. Please take this into consideration when viewing shipping rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We ensure that we are shipping only the finest products to you. If you are not satisfied we will ship you a replacement order at no charge.
We are not responsible for replacements or refunds of shipments if the shipping address provided is deemed incomplete or invalid, or if the recipient is not available to sign for a package in a reasonable amount of time.

Shelf life: Our fresh cheese is best enjoyed within 14 days of receipt. Reduced fat cheese is best enjoyed within 10 days of receipt. Our aged cheeses, including our triple cream, are best enjoyed within 3 weeks of receipt (5 weeks for triple cream). Please keep this in mind if you are placing an order for a special event you may have on your calendar. There are no preservatives or plastic wrap to lengthen the shelf life. This is really fresh cheese!
Upon receipt, all of our products should be refrigerated immediately. Our aged cheeses are best enjoyed at room temperature prior to serving. Otherwise cheese and YO-Goat should be kept in a low moisture environment around 40 degrees.
All of our cheeses are hand ladled. That means the weights of each piece are approximate.
Our fresh cheeses are made of cultured pasteurized goat’s milk, microbial rennet (enzymes, vegetarian), and salt.
Our aged cheeses are made of cultured pasteurized goat’s milk, surface ripened mold (that is the edible rind part), microbial rennet (enzymes, vegetarian), and salt.
Our YO-Goat is made of cultured pasteurized goat’s milk and the specified flavor fruit. Active cultures include: Streptococcus Thermophilous, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus and Lactobacillus Acidophilus. No sugars are added.
